Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. Return requests must be made within the applicable return period and must meet the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be in its original condition.

• The item must not show signs of misuse, abuse, or damage after delivery.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• All original packaging, accessories, and documentation should be included whenever possible.

Non-Returnable Items

• Clearance or final sale merchandise.

• Special order or custom-order products.

• Mattresses, bedding, or other personal-use items where prohibited by law.

• Products damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your furniture upon delivery or pickup. If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

• Your order information.

• Photos of the damage or defect.

• A brief description of the issue.

We will work with you to determine the appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, exchange, or another remedy as permitted by applicable policies.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Any applicable delivery, assembly, or service fees may be non-refundable.
